In order to be eligible to apply, applicant must be a school, district, and/or ESD within the Eastern Oregon REN region of Baker (Huntington SD only), Grant, Harney, Lake, Malheur or Wallowa Counties.

Fund requests must not exceed $5,000 per district.

Invoices and activity expenses must not predate July 1, 2026.

Funds must be spent prior to May 15, 2027 and all invoices for reimbursement must also be received prior to May 15, 2027 in order to be eligible for reimbursement (sorry - no exceptions or extensions will be allowed or considered as this is the close of the biennium and all funds must be spent).

Applicants may only submit one application per round of funding. Please select your highest priority project.

Round 1 applications must be submitted no later than June 3, 2026. (Applicants will be notified prior to June 30, 2026 and funds will be eligible for release beginning July 1, 2026.) 

Round 2 applications must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026. (Applicants will be notified by October 9, 2026.)

Round 3 applications must be submitted no later than December 1, 2026. (Applicants will be notified by December 16, 2026.)
