Summer 2022 Teaching Opportunities
Oregon has seen an influx in funding to support Summer Learning over the past two years. This has shifted the state’s summer learning landscape with most schools and districts providing summer learning opportunities for students entering kindergarten through high school. Many of these schools and districts will be hiring staff for summer 2022. The teaching and staff positions in schools would be hired by the school district. College students and/or aspiring educators would need to apply for these jobs; these are paid positions, however the rate would vary by district.
An informational session for interested college students and graduates is being hosted May 12, 2022 by Oregon Summer Learning Programs and the ODE Student Success Act Summer Program grant.
