This special co-presented session from the Oregon Historical Society (OHS) and the Oregon Jewish Musuem and Center for Holocaust Education (OJMCHE) will provide secondary teachers with an opportunity to actively experience Oregon History curriculum using primary source analysis, digital resources, and strategies for engaging discussions, as well as learning about Oregon History Day, a project-based research curriculum for middle and high school students. Join Katie Pearson, OHS’s Education and Program Manager, and Andrew Duden, OJMCHE’s Learning Specialist for Digital Education, for a hands-on learning experience with resources that are standards-aligned and designed to be ready to use and easily adaptable for your classroom.
