Students and staff are returning to school with trauma. 321 Insight's online PD teaches relationship-building, regulation skills, and structure to help students succeed. This research-based online professional development is designed by expert psychologists and practitioners with “on-the-ground” experience in K-12 schools. It is relevant and immediately applicable, helping educators and paraeducators better support students. In this session administrators will get an overview on effectively using this self-paced program with all staff. This license has been purchased for use by all member districts within the Eastern Oregon REN - come learn how to get your paraeducators and licensed educators set-up.
