REGISTRATION

The Rural STEAM Leadership Network invites Oregon's rural K-8 educators to enrich the statewide STEAM education conversation as Learning Facilitators.

  • Connect Statewide with other educators around NGSS, STEAM education, place-based education, and rural leadership.

  • Build your distance facilitation skills to lead virtual professional development for other educators.

  • Increase your confidence to jump into regional and statewide leadership roles around NGSS and STEAM education.

  • Facilitate a three part NGSS series during the '21-'22 school year to hone your facilitation skills.

The Rural STEAM Leadership Network is a partnership between five Oregon STE(A)M Hubs. It is a network that realizes and amplifies Oregon's rural educational possibilities.

Applications are due July 26th and applicants will be notified by July 28th. Every educator from an Eastern Oregon REN County will receive $1,000 for completing their summer work with the commitment to continue into the school year as a facilitator.
