This required training is for EOREN school districts planning to implement the Mike Rowe Works Foundation's High School Work Ethic Curriculum in the Fall of 2026. All sessions will be held online via Zoom, and participants must attend all four sessions in their entirety.

The Tier 1 Institute is designed to support school teams in building strong, proactive systems for behavior instruction and management. By the end of the institute, LEA and school teams will leave with a clear, actionable Action and Sustainability Plan to guide implementation and long-term success.

This full-day Substitute Training is designed to provide valuable updates, practical strategies, and wellness supports for our substitute teachers. Participants will hear from district and community presenters on topics including emergency response procedures, Synergy refreshers, mental wellness, and suicide prevention.

Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) is a globally recognized program that began in Memphis, Tennessee in 1987. Originally created to increase mental health awareness within law enforcement, CIT has evolved into a collaborative approach that brings together educators, mental health providers, first responders, and community partners to improve crisis response and support.

Youth Mental Health First Aid is designed to teach adults how to help an adolescent (age 12-18) who is experiencing a mental health or addictions challenge or is in crisis. The course introduces common mental health challenges for youth, reviews typical adolescent development, and teaches a 5-step action plan for how to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations.

ASIST is a comprehensive, coordinated and integrated suicide intervention training that reflects current best-practice in suicide intervention. This is a two-day, 15-hour, interactive workshop. Learn how to recognize opportunities to help, assess risk of suicide, apply a suicide intervention model, and practice skills.

Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) training is perfect for primary caregivers, educators, and human service professionals who directly intervene in crisis situations, teaching staff de-escalation techniques as well as restrictive and nonrestrictive interventions.
